72 hours after the successful separation of the Egyptian male parasitic twins Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, Head of the Surgical and Multidisciplinary Team performed at the Ministry of National Guard – Health Affairs (KAMC) on Sunday, 01 March 2015 stated that the twin is stable and doing well in the Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

All his vital organs are functioning well; he is awake and is interacting with his parents and staff.

The parents of the twin are extremely appreciative and very thankful to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and HRH Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the National Guard and the Deputy Crown Prince for their kind support and generosity. They have also expressed their appreciation and thanks to the Medical team for the outcome of the separation.
