The Minister of Health visits the Philippine conjoined twins in King Abdulaziz National Guard Medical City

His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Hamad Almanea visited King Abdulaziz National Guard Medical City in Riyadh Yesterday, Wednesday, in order to visit the Philippine conjoined twins- Princess Ann and Princess May-, who underwent a successful separation surgery last Saturday, 29.01.1425 (March 21, 2004) conducted by a Saudi medical team headed by his Excellency, Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah. The Chief Executive Officer, National Guard Health Affairs, Dr. Abdullah Arrabeaa received the Minister of Health and held a meeting with His Excellency about the separation surgery. Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah has presented a detailed explanation about the stages of the surgery and the current medical condition of the twins.

Afterwards, Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah accompanied his guest, His Excellency Minister of Health, to visit the twins in the PICU, where His Excellency and his companions witnessed the comprehensive care and the intensive attention provided to the twins. His Excellency was very glad about the number of Saudi employees working in PICU and supervising the case of the twins.

In the conclusion His Excellency thanked and paid appreciation the medical team, headed by Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, who added another medical achievement to our numerous achievements, which will add a high credit to the name of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
